What changes at the end of a 1:1 program, and the two things I need from you before we build it.
The short version
You stop building the graduation picture. You review one and approve it.
Today you screenshot the symptom graph, compare her quality-of-life scores by hand, update the success spreadsheet, and close out her file. All four become one page that fills itself in, and one button that says Graduate.
In exchange, two small things have to happen during the program that don't reliably happen now. Those are at the bottom.
What goes away
The 1:1 success metric spreadsheet
Every number in it already lives in the portal once a client goes through it. Typing them into a second place just means the two disagree eventually.
Screenshotting the symptom burden graph
It becomes part of the page, drawn from her actual assessments.
Comparing quality-of-life scores by hand
The same seven questions are asked at the start and at the end, so the comparison builds itself.
Closing out the client file as a separate chore
The Graduate button does it. One click, one time.
What it shows her
She sees nothing until you approve it. After you do, she gets a warm, plain page: her dates and session count, her symptom burden then versus now, her seven pillars then versus now, her own goal in her own words, and her reflection answers exactly as she wrote them. Your private coaching notes are never on it.
It will show
Symptom burden, start vs. end
All seven pillars, start vs. end
Program dates and sessions
Her goal and her reflection, verbatim
Coursework completed
It won't, yet
Lab results before and after — that data never leaves the local computer
Food & Mood Journal insights — the app currently keeps those on her phone only
A week-by-week symptom trend line — we have two snapshots, not a timeline
Those three are honest gaps, not oversights. Each is a separate build. I'd rather ship the page without them than have it show numbers we can't stand behind.
The two things I need from the program
1. She has to fill out the Reflection form
It's the only place her closing quality-of-life answers come from. Without it the page shows her starting numbers and nothing to compare them to. You'll get a button to send it to her.
2. She has to retake the Symptom & Systems Assessment
This is the one nobody can do for her, and it's the step most likely to get skipped, because it lands when she already feels finished. Suggestion: put the ask inside the Reflection form itself so it travels with something she's already doing, instead of depending on you remembering.
Your call, not mine
01
Does the spreadsheet retire the day this ships, or run alongside for the first few clients?
Running both is safer and is also how spreadsheets survive forever. My vote: retire it after two clients graduate cleanly.
02
Should a client who withdraws early get a version of this?
There's a real argument that someone who did six weeks and stopped still deserves to see what changed. There's also an argument it stings. Your read, not mine.
03
Is "sessions together" a number you want her to see at all?
It's easy to show. But if someone had four instead of five because life happened, a count on a celebration page might land wrong.
